Location: Woodland, CA – Local Water Pump Company
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.00/hour (DOE)
- Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Woodland Express is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established water pump company in Woodland, CA.
Position Summary:
Under limited supervision, the Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems including welding, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, mechanical systems, and equipment
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance
- Perform facility repairs (plumbing, carpentry, HVAC)
- Conduct overhead crane inspections and rigging
- Maintenance welding and fabrication
- Diagnose and repair low voltage, single-phase and three-phase systems (120V–480V)
- Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, VFDs, and PLCs
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and complete safety checks
- Follow proper LOTO procedures and ensure a safe work environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of machinery, HVAC, electrical, and welding
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing, standing, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be available for weekend or holiday call-ins if needed
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
