Salary: $19/HR

Customer Service Representative Summary: One of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of garage doors is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is responsible for entering complex orders into the SAP system, answering customer questions (via phone and email), addressing and resolving customer issues. This position will also require the ability to assist the warehouse team as needed.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify orders in SAP
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding pricing, order status, and product info
• Resolve order issues and coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and production teams
• Track shipments and follow up on deliveries
• Prepare quotes, update customer records, and send updated pricing
• Support basic warehouse tasks when needed (unloading/lifting occasionally)
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with inventory counts

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
• $19/HR

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of customer service or order entry experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and strong math skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Maintain a positive attitude to customers and vendors
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat to perform loading/unloading products as needed
