Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay: $18.00 - $20.00

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support different departments within our dealership. If you are reliable, and customer-focused, we encourage you to apply—experience is welcome but not required. Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours.
What You'll Do
- Answering phone calls to greet, accommodate, and schedule guests for service needs
- Warmly greeting customers and ensuring a pleasurable experience during their visit
- Meet and greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance throughout their visit
- Assisting service porter to move vehicles
- Assisting advisors to gather preliminary information for the write-up process
- Accommodating loaner vehicle requests and staging
- Ensuring a great Customer Service Experience (CSE)
- Perform other duties as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Proficient with CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
