Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides general administrative support to a leader and/or various members of a department

Receives and triages electronic correspondence and phone calls

Arranges to have meetings/events catered

Coordinates with office services for special room set-ups and technology considerations

Manages calendars, making sure that important meetings can be booked in a timely manner

Arrange travel and prepares expense reports associated with travel and other activities

Takes notes during meetings and provides summaries

Proofreads documents and reports, providing careful editorial feedback

Helps with graphics in reports

Drafts portions of a report and/or email messages

Assists in identifying gaps in process flows and work instructions to improve department efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Details

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience Required

1+ year related experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
