Regulatory report Analyst
Job title: Regulatory report Analyst
Position type: Full-time/Contract
Duration: 6 Months possible extensions.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
As a Regulatory report Analyst, you will:
Develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
Develop technical requirements based on FDIC Part 370 regulation.
Incorporate requirements from the Information Technology Functional Guide to ensure comprehensive and accurate technical requirements.
Interpret guidance from FDIC's Compliance Review Manual for Part 370 to detail specific requirements for compliance testing.
Work closely with technical SMEs to compare calculation logic to technical requirements.
Partner with stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control to provide insight into requirements and organizational compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning.
Experience consuming and interpreting regulations, including FAQs, Technology Functional Guides, and Compliance Review Manuals from regulatory bodies.
Experience interpreting and/or implementing requirements of FDIC Part 370.
Experience building or fixing FDIC calculations is desired.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $76.00 - $82.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
