Job Summary Job Summary Sound It Out Speech Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year, starting August 2025. Sound It Out Speech Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year, starting August 2025. We have two in-person elementary school openings in the Beach Cities area (Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, and surrounding communities): * One 4-day/week position * One 5-day/week position (can be split between two part-time SLPs) We welcome both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking for flexible, supportive school-based roles. * Provide speech-language therapy to elementary school students * Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop IEP goals * Collaborate with school teams and families * Document student progress and attend IEP meetings * (Optional) Supervise CFs or SLPAs, if qualified and interested Requirements / Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology * California SLP license or CF eligibility * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Commitment to inclusive, student-centered services * Must be able to commute to Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, or surrounding beach cities CA
