About the Role
We are looking for an experienced people-first, proactive Sr. Manager of Product Management capable of building and leading a team of high-performing product managers to products from conceptualization to launch while delivering an unparalleled level of agility, ease-of-use, and integration capability.
This is a “hands on” people-leader role where you will build and lead a team of Product Managers to implement a data driven product roadmap. You'll regularly collaborate with our business partners, development teams, and internal customers to transform that roadmap into tangible results.
A critical aspect of this role is cultivating and championing an AI-first product vision within your team and effectively communicating this across various organizations. Your leadership style will foster positive and constructive relationships with both our customers and our internal "Workmates." The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $164,200 USD - $298,200 USD
