Administrative Trainee QEHS (m/f/d)

Your mission will be…

• Organize and execute administrative tasks related to the integrated Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) Management System;
• Manage office supplies under the responsibility of the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety team (e.g., personal and collective protective equipment, first aid kits, measurement and monitoring equipment, etc.);
• Support project management teams in the admission processes for works and services to be provided at client facilities, in the administrative components of Environmental and Safety matters.

We are looking for someone with…

• High school diploma (12th grade). Candidates with technical/professional courses in administrative areas, logistics and/or occupational health and safety will be valued;
• Fluency in English;
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Organization and planning abilities.
