Electronics Assembler/Soldering Technician (2 Openings)

1st Shift | $18–$22/hr | Patterson, NY

Position Details

• Location: Patterson, NY
• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)
• Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical devices used in military and defense radar systems.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of analog and digital circuits.
• Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, multimeters, and network analyzers.
• Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Solder electronic components with precision and care.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electronics or manufacturing.
• Strong soldering skills (a must-have).
• Experience with electronic testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Must be able to pass a Drug & Bkgd Check (D&B required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade School Certification or AS Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with RF components and defense-related assembly work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
