Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Level Power BI Developer to join our team and support the development and enhancement of business intelligence solutions. This individual will be responsible for creating new or updating existing Power BI reports to reflect significant changes in underlying data sources. The role involves close collaboration with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Lead Developers to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs and are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and understand reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and align reporting tasks with business goals.
• Build interactive visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Leverage various data architectures and blending technologies to integrate data into Power BI.
• Ensure best practices in report design, performance optimization, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT development experience in Reporting/Dashboard applications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including data blending, dashboard development, and server administration.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and data querying.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Candidates must be local to Denver Colorado Area
• Candidates must be willing to work on a Hybrid Basis 3 days a week.
