Job Title: 3rd Shift High Reach Receiver / Dock Worker
Location: Leola, PA and Middletown, PA
Pay: $20.00 to $23.50 / hr
Shift: 3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday 9:30pm at 6am
We are currently hiring a High Reach Receiver / Dock Worker to join our warehouse team on 3rd shift in Leola, PA and Middletown, PA. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in warehouse receiving, freight handling, and inventory management who are looking for a stable and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all inbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Break down incoming freight by item type and expiration/date codes
- Use RF scanners to log inventory and ensure accurate stock control
- Maintain clear and organized records of all received items
- Support team members and supervisors with inventory counts and warehouse upkeep
- Unload freight efficiently and safely; experience with Dockers or Pacers is a plus
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse receiving, shipping and receiving, or dock work
- Proficient in using an RF scanner or similar inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred but not required: Experience operating a Docker or Pacer forklift
