Join Our Client's Growing Team as a CNC Machine Operator!
Wheeling, IL | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? We're looking for 5 CNC Machine Operators to join a dynamic and expanding manufacturing team in Wheeling, IL.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts based on blueprints and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed for top-quality output.
- Load raw materials and handle finished products efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in peak condition.
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve production goals.
Shift Options & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Pay: $19 - $21+ per hour (based on experience)
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNC machine operation training or a related technical program (a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
