Job Title: Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead two critical lighting programs across our global real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee end-of-life lighting replacements and drive the rollout of new lighting control technologies, ensuring seamless integration and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Lighting Retrofit Program, managing end-of-life lighting replacements across 14+ sites annually from 2025 to 2026, with 14 more planned for 2027. Each site includes over 2,000 lights with a 6–8 week execution timeline.
- Lead a team of 30 and manage the full project lifecycle from site identification to vendor coordination.
- Evaluate vendor proposals with a strong understanding of financial metrics such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Drive the Ether Program for Smart Lighting Technology, rolling out new lighting control technologies across 80 sites from 2026 to 2027.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including RME, Finance, Site Leadership, and external vendors.
- Ensure seamless integration of advanced lighting systems outside the AR field.
Essential Skills
- Program management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with retrofit projects or lighting.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in facilities, construction, or energy systems.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-site programs with complex stakeholder networks.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and dashboard tools like Tableau or Smartsheet.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to develop and maintain dashboards is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel to installation sites as needed.
- Experience with Amazon is a significant advantage.
Work Environment
The role involves traveling to installation sites and offers flexibility to work in either Seattle, WA, East Palo Alto, CA, or Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $63.00/hr.
