Location: This role is based in The Quadrant:MK. This role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered. For Quadrant:MK, you must live within 75 minutes.

Band & Salary: (Band 5) £26,000

Brief Description

Your purpose will be to provide essential support to a dynamic project management team. You contribution will be instrumental in helping us deliver outstanding project. Your assistance will be flexible and tailored to team and project needs, making you a crucial part of our collaborative efforts. Together, we will achieve excellence in project delivery, and your skills and dedication will be pivotal in our shared successes.

About the team..

Project Management Assistant will be a crucial member of our team, responsibilities are diverse and impactful. You'll be the hub for data management, collecting, formatting, and spreading vital information to support our projects. We encourage open collaboration, so you'll cascade this data to both internal and external stakeholders as needed. Using our established reporting systems and guidelines, you'll diligently monitor and report on project progress, maintaining accurate and organised project documentation in line with our reporting system guidelines. You'll also have opportunities to actively participate in various projects, contributing your expertise to our collective success.

What does the average day look like?

As a key member of the project team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while ensuring safety and environmental responsibility throughout all phases. Working with the Project Manager and stakeholders to create meeting agenda’s and producing minuets for those meetings. You will track and report on progress, supporting effective programme management in action tracking, logging of risks and clear understanding of what success looks like. Leveraging systems and tools to expedite outputs to aid successful project delivery alongside the Project.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders and team mates at all levels across the business. Prioritising and managing delivery of your own workload is second nature to you, and you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks while keeping deadlines firmly in sight.

Essential Criteria

  • Familiar with IT systems, including Microsoft Packages
  • The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of all levels of the business.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
  • Strong organisation skills
