Minimum qualifications:

As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own the product goals, strategy, and roadmap for a new internal user research insights platform.
  • Execute the migration of legacy user research tools into new user research insights platform, defining a seamless transition strategy for thousands of users and executing a deprecation plan.
  • Partner with engineering and User Experience (UX) to integrate AI/ML especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based systems to deliver magical user experiences for insight discovery and synthesis.
  • Hone a compelling product narrative that articulate business impact and user value of the new user research platform to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Own the key success metrics to measure product health and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making.
