DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about improving customer experience? Do you like rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into data and solving complex problems? Does working with a fast-paced team across countries and functions sound exciting to you? If so, we're looking for a Product Manager to scalably solve customer problems in EU.

As a PM working on Delivery Experience, you will be shaping the experience of EU customers. As the EU Delivery CX team, our role is to shape the delivery information we show, and innovate on behalf of European customers.

This role requires working with business owners, transportation and tech teams to define strategy, requirements, and roll-out planning. To that end, you will be in regular communication with the leadership team on roadmap updates, risks, and change management. Cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving, data deep dives and executive communication skills and exercising good judgement under pressure are core to this role.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborating with EU POCs to audit Delivery experience and identify where and how to improve our offer to delight customers.
  • Leveraging skills/experience in Operations or Supply Chain and work with cross functional stakeholders to deliver growth/profitability through CX initiatives
  • Working closely with internal partners across EU and WW teams to identify synergies and projects to be scaled to EU to deliver a compelling delivery experience.
  • Advocating for EU relevant delivery features

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with practical work experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably on large, complex data-driven product initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias toward making data-based decision and comfortable with analysis
  • Working proficiency of SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain or Operations
  • Experience working with global teams
