As a Program Manager on Apple's Trust & Safety team, you will play a vital role in supporting the instrumentation of feature and implementation of efforts to meet key goals. The Trust and Safety team spans strategy, policy, online safety analysis, engineering, operations, and research, while supporting all parts of the Apple ecosystem. We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Program Manager to drive regulatory efforts for the Trust & Safety team focused on data and transparency reporting efforts. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of trust and safety issues, exceptional program management skills, and demonstrated experience leading program management for a portfolio of complex multi-faceted initiatives.
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for end to end management of data and transparency reporting efforts; with a specific emphasis on driving, evolving, and completing key regulatory reporting deadlines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish repeatable, scalable practices, while also working to anticipate and respond to needs as they surface. Key responsibilities include: Program Execution: Design, drive, deliver, and maintain end to end program focused on data and transparency reporting across relevant groups at Apple. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Apple - including Legal, Engineering, Data Insights, Compliance, and Operations - to align on priorities and deliver results. Complexity reduction and delivery: Help teams align on clear goals and outcomes by breaking down complexity and ambiguity. Program Vision & Strategy: Help develop, iterate, and drive a program vision and strategy. Issue Resolution: Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot, and unblock issues. Technical Understanding: Develop in-depth understanding of Apple's technical/data architecture, informed by your understanding of industry standard processes, to ensure online safety regulatory and data business intelligence needs are met. Communication & Collaboration: Connect with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives. Legal & Compliance: Collaborate closely with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to understand regulatory landscape and align requirements for program delivery.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
