We are seeking an experienced in Change Management with a background in working for enterprise-level companies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the telecommunications industry, a deep understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and Pipeline processes, and the ability to handle pressure from both clients and company personnel. This role also requires familiarity with DORA principles and the ability to identify efficient and rapid processes (Velocity and Frequency).
What will your job look like?
- Key duties that include the ff:
- Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
- Working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
- Identifying potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring clear and timely communication about the change
- Monitoring the adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
- Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes
- Identifying resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
- Working with project managers to ensure smooth execution of changes and transition
- Responsibilities
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Assess the change impact
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables such as: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Coach managers and supervisors
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational level
All you need is...
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification in Change Management or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Change Manager
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Change management certification or designation desired
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
