INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center is looking for a Gyn/Onc physician to join INTEGRIS Medical Group in Oklahoma City, OK. Ideal candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patient with gynecologic malignancies.
  • Perform complex oncologic surgeries including minimally invasive and robotics.
  • Participate in the administration and management of chemotherapy treatment and the coordination care with medical and radiation oncologists.
  • Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in call coverage and outreach clinics, as needed.

Physician provides direct patient care.

Responsibilities

The Physician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
  • Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
  • Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
  • Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
  • Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
  • Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
  • Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
  • The Physician is responsible for patients.

Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting and incidents of workplace violence. Must follow universal safety precautions. Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.

Qualifications
