Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in ServiceNow development and IT service management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Experience / Competences

Essential

  • Experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification., and other relevant certifications.
  • Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and practices.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its core modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Desired

  • Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
