Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of KOL livestream projects, from planning to post-stream reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to finalize brand and SKU lineups per

livestream.

  • Ensure all merchandising (MD) processes are completed accurately and on time before each stream.
  • Work closely with KOLs and creator teams to align on stream content, talking points, and promotional

highlights.

  • Monitor stream timelines, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure smooth livestream operations.
  • Track and analyze stream performance data to provide actionable insights and improvements for

future campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to integrate livestream efforts with broader

campaign goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, business

development, or account management—preferably in e-commerce or digital

marketing.

  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end KOL livestream projects, from

planning to post-stream analysis.

  • Strong network and understanding of KOLs, MCNs, and influencer agencies in the

Philippines.

  • Proven skills in negotiation, contract management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience

coordinating internal and external teams.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and ensure

timely merchandising (MD) execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking stream performance, analyzing

results, and generating actionable insights.

  • Familiar with social media ad boosting, affiliate marketing, and paid media

performance analysis.
