As the Product Manager for AI & Emerging Tech at Lennar, you’ll play a key role in shaping our enterprise AI strategy. You’ll lead the development and rollout of conversational and agentic AI products that drive real business impact.

In this high-visibility, cross-functional role, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and defining capabilities to launching solutions and ensuring ongoing performance and compliance. You’ll work hands-on to craft prompts, set guardrails, and align agent behavior with business goals. Collaboration is core to the role, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Operations to deliver well-integrated, high-impact products.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Align AI initiatives with enterprise strategy and customer experience values
  • Manage the full Agent lifecycle,—from development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling
  • Be metrics-driven by setting clear KPIs and tracking them rigorously
  • Oversee monitoring, optimization, and prompt engineering
  • Maintain version control, audit trails, and agent documentation
  • Ensure operational reliability and excellence
  • Lead change management and user adoption strategies for emerging technologies
  • Safeguard brand, legal, and ethical guidelines across all agent interactions
  • Review and improve AI responses for quality, fairness, and accuracy
  • Implement responsible AI guidelines, escalation protocols, and user oversight frameworks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Demonstrated success in AI product development, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle (strategy, design, development, and go-to-market)
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI frameworks, GenAI tools, or LLM-based agents
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including Legal, Engineering, and Operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in emerging spaces
  • Experience in a high-scale, customer-facing product environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in a technical or business field are a plus
  • Passion for technology, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership
