Network and Computer System Administrator – Senior
Dev Technology Group is hiring a Senior Network and Computer System Administrator to support a high-performing team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure in support of a government customer. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive administrator with deep technical knowledge of network environments and a strong commitment to maintaining system security, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and brings a collaborative spirit to problem-solving and system improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for administering and maintaining LAN/WAN environments, supporting both physical and virtual infrastructures, and managing network components including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and security systems. You will support secure user access, ensure consistent network availability, and troubleshoot performance issues. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors, create network documentation, monitor systems, and maintain compliance with federal IT security standards and best practices. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
