Senior QA Analyst - Healthcare Facets Testing

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications:

  • Overall 8 to 12 years of experience in Healthcare domain specializing in Facets testing.
  • Must have 4+ years of testing experience in Enrollment Medicaid and Claims.
  • Good experience in automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes
  • Possess extensive experience in testing Facets applications demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities.
  • Have a strong background in healthcare domains particularly in Enrollment and Claims to enhance testing accuracy.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and executing test plans cases and scripts.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of Facets applications to ensure functionality reliability and performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Facets-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and discrepancies.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Implement best practices in testing methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability and quality standards are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Enrollment and Claims to enhance test coverage and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Monitor and track testing progress identifying potential risks and issues proactively.
