Your key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop our Price Valuation Platform, ensuring its efficiency and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Adhere to software development standards, ensuring modular, reusable, and well-documented solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new features and solutions.
Your skills and experience
- Several years of experience in programming.
- Strong proficiency in Java development.
- Solid experience in Microservices architecture and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL would be helpful
- Deep understanding of clean code principles and design patterns.
- A great team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC tools, including Git and Jira.
- (Optional but highly beneficial:) Experience in financial business and asset management
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimum X years of proven expertise in software engineering [ for AVP minimum ]
