Process Engineer (Continuous Improvement)
What you’ll do:
- Oversee APS-related activities including suggestion systems, special projects, measurable indicators, and site visits; execute roadmap actions to achieve “Gold” level certification.
- Organize and facilitate site-wide workshops and trainings, including 5S, Target Conditions, and APS methodologies; support internal and external APS assessments and committees.
- Provide training and user support in Leading 2 Lean (L2L); promote continuous improvement through workshops, follow-up, closure, recognition, and idea system management.
- Coordinate plant tours and visits from suppliers, educational institutions, and government representatives; act as APS materials facilitator and participate in APS Academy/University initiatives.
What is required:
- Education & Experience: Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Skills & Knowledge: Certified in Lean Manufacturing, familiar with APS University concepts, strong skills in innovation, collaboration, people development, and problem solving.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
