Job Title: 1st Shift Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Weekly Pay!

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Clerk. The candidate receives, inspects, and verifies incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, ensuring accuracy and quality. They will also prepare and package outgoing orders, coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. They will maintain organized inventory records and collaborate with production and warehouse teams to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation.
• Prepare and package outgoing orders, ensuring correct labeling and timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
• Sort, label, and organize parts and materials in designated storage areas to support efficient workflow.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of shipping and receiving experience
• Proficiency in using computer system
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience with gears is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ZUMBROTA, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
