Swiss CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Machinist to efficiently set up and operate Citizen L20, M32, and K16 Swiss lathes. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in CNC programming and machining, ensuring precise and efficient machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Citizen L20, M32, and K16 Swiss lathes for efficient and precise machining.
• Utilize ESPRIT software to create and optimize programs for new and existing parts.
• Work from various blueprints and handle the full machining process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes.
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues, providing feedback to the supervisor.
• Mentor and train lower-level machinists to help them develop their skills in setup.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency in ESPRIT software.
• Fluency in code and ability to edit programs.
• High level of blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of tool and die, GD&T, and Fanuc G code.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with shop math.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools.
• Experience with numerical control.
• Knowledge of CNC Swiss machining.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $99000.00/yr.

Quarterly profit sharing

• 15% Shift Differential
• 401k 4% Match
• 60% paid Medical with an additional
