Job Title: Maintenance Electrician - 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on the 3rd shift. The Electrical Controls Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues in production, quality, and inspection equipment. Additionally, the role involves moving and positioning equipment to ensure optimal functionality and participating in continuous improvement activities by implementing machine and program modifications.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with production, quality, and inspection equipment.
  • Move and position equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement modifications.
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC, PC, NC, and CNC controls.
  • Perform electrical work and basic mechanical installation and repairs throughout the facility.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with CNC Machine controls using Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc Control systems.
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • HMI programming and troubleshooting.
  • Variable Frequency Drive troubleshooting.
  • Vision System troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • PLC experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar systems.
  • Hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge.
  • Robotic troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to identify and repair electrical issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr.
