Position: Top Flight Experience Coordinators (Part Time/Non-Exempt)

Complementing the events at State Farm Stadium, Insignia Event Services exclusively manages Sportsman's Park and Heritage at Sportsman's Park, offering flexible venues for everything from pre-game activities and tailgating to concerts, festivals, corporate events, and graduations. Job Summary:

The Top Flight Experience Coordinators will support the Top Flight program by improving the Insignia Team Member experience. This position is responsible for roaming the parking lots and providing team members with snacks/beverages and providing team members with information on the Top Flight program. This position will also be responsible for counting, packing and distributing the parking team member lunches. Our ideal candidate is assertive and passionate about creating a fun and positive team member experience. This candidate is required to work event weekends and must have flexible hours of availability.

Primary Job Duties:

• Provide high quality service to fellow team members
• Prep and stock golf carts with snacks, beverages, and equipment
• Distribute snacks, beverages, and equipment to Insignia team members in various lots
• Provide information on the Top Flight program to Insignia team members who have questions about the program
• Sort parking team member lunches and pack into coolers for distribution
• Return the equipment and any unused snacks, beverages or giveaway items
• Serve as a culture champion to engage and inspire the Insignia team during events
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be available to work all Cardinals Home Games during the Arizona Cardinals NFL 2025-2026 season, required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
• Availability to work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
