Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience with implementation and support on the relevant PAM products
  • Experience in Windows Server Administration will be preferred with relevant certifications: MCSA, MCSE
  • Proven experience of managing PAM projects using BT Password Safe
  • Must have working experience on Beyond Trust Password Safe, Beyond Trust Privilege Remote Access, Power Shell and Active Directory
  • Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries
  • Self -driven and great ability to collaborate in cross functional environments
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively network across multiple functional areas in an organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Deploy privilege security controls using BT Password Safe
  • Configure Active Directory Policies to manage access on protected target systems
  • Vault privilege account credentials and configure password rotation policies
  • Ensure password of Privilege Accounts is updated in services, scheduled jobs on target systems
  • Guide SQA team to identify test scenarios and test cases
  • Participate in Triage meetings to resolve software bugs and provide code fixes
  • Provide technical support on PAM products(BT PS )
  • Coordinating team meetings and meetings with customers, vendors and application teams.
  • Development of power shell scripts to do automation as per the project requirements.
  • Organize and coordinating meetings with the application teams to resolve application issues.
  • Drive external dependencies through process and relationship to ensure project is delivered within schedule
  • Manage stakeholders across client business units to ensure migration of privilege access and accounts onto PAM platforms
  • Deliver contractual obligations by ensuring that the SOW and contract is well authored to
  • Understand and apply industry best practices and standards for PAM implementations & configurations
  • Fix issues reported by users for the supported products over emails, Service Now tickets and over Major Incident calls. Perform root cause analysis of major incidents
  • Proactive Services: Services which promote customer health through Risk Assessments, Health Checks, Code Reviews, or other similar offerings.
  • Reactive and 24x7 Critical Situations support: Reactive services which address the most critical customer issues.
  • Support the transition to a more process-driven IT Service Management approach though knowledge and understanding basic ITIL best practices.
  • Conduct assigned activities within the security Incident response and handling lifecycle. These activities could include: detection, triage, analysis, containment, recovery and reporting.
  • Developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with IT teams to deliver expected customer and business results.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of managing PAM projects using BT PS, CA-PAM, or CyberArk-PAM
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring access policies in Active Directory
  • 2+ years of experience in deployment and configuration of BT PS and BT PRA products
  • 1+ years of Windows Server Administration experience
  • Experience in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell will be preferred
  • Experience in Security Incident and Event Management products like Splunk, Sentinel, , IBM QRadar will be preferred"
