The successful candidate will function as a System Technical Trainer with the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Missile Defense System out of Ft Bliss, Texas. You will assist the customer in instructing and teaching groups of personnel, on New Equipment Training (NET), Technical Concepts and Operations, Air Battle Management Training, and THAAD Missile Technical Escort Training. This will be in accordance with established Instructor Training Guidelines, US Army Air and Missile Defense Operations, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), Technical Manuals (TMs), policies, procedures, and processes.
The candidate will conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. The candidate will be a member of an instructor/support team and will perform all duties under direct supervision from the customer. This position is designated as Mission Essential with a requirement to train and certify personnel from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to sustain and maintain Missile Defense Operations. The candidate will support anything that leads up to working overtime and nonstandard shifts, as necessary.
