Role Summary

Anthropologie is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Testing & Personalization Project Manager to join our Marketing Analytics team on a temporary basis to support a maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in A/B testing, e-commerce optimization, and cross-functional project management who’s excited to hit the ground running. The position will support ongoing experimentation and personalization initiatives, acting as a key liaison between brand, analytics, and technology partners to keep momentum strong during the leave period.

The ideal candidate is not only execution-focused but also collaborative, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to extend their impact beyond the initial term.

Role Responsibilities

  • Test Program Management: Own the day-to-day execution of the digital testing roadmap by coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches and actionable results.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between brand, tech, analytics, merch, and creative teams to ensure testing initiatives are strategically aligned and executed seamlessly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Gather requirements, manage feedback loops, and provide timely updates to keep partners informed, engaged, and bought in.
  • Operational Efficiency: Support continuous improvement of experimentation processes by identifying blockers, proposing solutions, and contributing to documentation and workflow refinement.
  • Tactical Support: Pitch in where needed from QA coordination and KPI tracking to helping prepare post-test recaps and leadership presentations.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong aptitude for reading and understanding quantitative data with curiosity about how users behave and what drives their decisions
  • At minimum four (4) years analyzing data and translating insights into stories with actionable recommendations, preferably in retail or ecommerce environment
  • Experience writing and executing queries in a database environment (SQL/SAS/R or similar)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Strong communication skills to champion data in a creative organization
  • Collaborative personality with the ability to also work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization
