About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated Line Associates to help deliver the quality that is known and loved by every Fannie May customer for over 100 years.

Rate: $17.00 per hour

This will be for 1st shift - 6/6:30AM - 2:30/3:00PM Monday through Friday and Saturday Overtime is mandatory at times.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Line Associates may be required to operate several pieces of equipment; including shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing equipment, and box taping equipment, scales,ect.
2. Required to perform all duties in accordance with company guidelines listed in the company handbook.
3. Required to set up the line for production
4. Responsible for line sanitation and ensuring proper clean up at the end of the shift
5. Responsible for ensuring proper quality standards are maintained.
6. Line Associates must ensure that all labels are appropriate, that all candies meet our high standards for color, size, shape, weight, gloss and decoration, and that cases are filled properly.
7. Participate in on-going training to enhance knowledge and skills.
8. Perform other duties as assigned (may be required to work in other areas as needed).

Who we are looking for:

Education or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Understanding of basic arithmetic, reading level to understand instructions, policies, and procedures.

Physical

• Lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing for extended periods, frequently repeated manual tasks.
