Visual Merchandising Implementation & Monitoring:

Implementation:

  • Responsible for ensuring Adherence of all Merchandising activities in Store as per Key Merchandising Principles.
  • Ensure all sales opportunities are maximized with effective use of Visual merchandising methods.
  • Ensure Effective Merchandising layouts are implemented to help store achieve its target.
  • Analyze the Impact of visual merchandising on Sales.
  • Benchmark & understand trends through periodic competitors visit.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Concept/Territory on Visual Merchandising Themes.
  • Ensure execution of all seasonal, Promotional & Other Concept/Territory initiatives.
  • Remerchandise Displays & activity areas for Maximizing sales.
  • Coordinate with Concept/territory VM to maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise.
  • Implement documented instore creatives and window guidelines.
  • Ensure all store elements and housekeeping is done in line with the VM guidelines

Monitoring:

  • Document all visual merchandising execution ,communicate ,gather feedback from concept /terry.
  • Monitor Execution at Stores through follow up on VM-Checklist.

Maintain all documents , process check lists as per standard operating procedures .

Minimum Experience 2 to 3 years of experience

Specific / Relevant Experience 1+ years of experience in visual merchandising role in Retail organization preferably from Home & Furniture Retail. (Filipino preferably)

  • Hands on Execution Capability.
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Good team Player

Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training

Intermediate/Higher Secondary

Graduate degree in any field. (Optional)

Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training

NVQ certification in retail display or similar certification (Optional)
