Amazon Web Services (AWS) Applied AI Solutions accelerates our customers' businesses by delivering intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges.
We blend vision with curiosity and Amazon's real-world experience to build opinionated, turnkey solutions. Where customers prefer to buy over build, we become their trusted partner with
solutions that are no-brainers to buy and easy to use.
Amazon Connect in Applied AI Solutions is transforming customer experience through a unified data and knowledge foundation that powers AI-driven human experiences. Our vision goes beyond
traditional customer service to create fluid, anticipatory experiences where interfaces adapt to predicted needs in real-time. We're reimagining how companies interact with their customers
through agentic AI experiences that dissolve the rigid boundaries between customer support, websites, mobile apps, and physical experiences into seamless, conversational journeys.
AWS Applied AI Solutions team is seeking the Head of Product for Customer Data and Insights, a highly visible leadership role driving our vision for AI-powered human experiences. You will
lead our strategy to create a unified data and knowledge foundation that enables agentic AI to deliver personalized, proactive customer experiences at every touchpoint.
In this role, you'll shape how companies evolve from reactive to proactive customer engagement by building a comprehensive data strategy across three critical layers:
1. Customer Data Foundation - A unified customer profile that captures not just static information but dynamic signals across every touchpoint, creating a multidimensional portrait that
evolves with each interaction
2. Knowledge Data Layer - The contextual intelligence that transforms raw customer data into meaningful understanding by encoding the company's collective knowledge into a semantic network
3. Model Context Protocol Layer - The intelligent bridge that connects data and knowledge, delivering insights and actions that adapt in real-time and seamlessly orchestrate AI agents,
humans, and applications
The ideal candidate should have experience in data privacy, big data analytics, data lakes, and strength in data-related infrastructure concepts. You'll help customers address the critical
challenge where companies spend 80% of their time collecting, cleaning, and organizing data before they can generate valuable insights, with poor data quality costing over $12.9M per
company annually.
You will lead our strategy to help enterprises capture, organize, enrich, and take action on their data and knowledge assets, unlocking the promise of generative AI-powered experiences that
deliver measurable business outcomes. Your vision will enable experiences where customers simply express needs and the right information, guide, or product materializes in the most
appropriate, personalized form in real-time.
