Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Application Services Analyst to join our global team. This role is focused on providing specialist support and administration for our client delivery applications, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely. You will be responsible for developing, documenting, and supporting business solutions and reports, while also managing system access, processes, and controls across our application suite.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You'll gather and analyse requirements to efficiently deliver accurate reports and project outcomes aligned with end goals.
  • You'll develop and maintain customised reports based on client needs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and usability.
  • You'll investigate and resolve issues by applying known solutions, documenting findings, and supporting incident and problem resolution.
  • You'll oversee, administer, and support key business applications while ensuring compliance with established processes and controls.
  • You'll collaborate globally to design and review reports, identify and document gaps or enhancements, and continuously seek improvements to meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree, preferably in IT related disciplines
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL or equivalent
  • Experience across application delivery.

ABOUT YOU

  • A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar user-facing role supporting multiple business applications in a mission critical environment
  • Understanding of application platforms, business rules and data flows through systems.
  • Experience of coding in programming languages such Excel VBA, VB.net, Java, C# or any .net language is advantageous
  • Data analysis experience, database administration knowledge, data mining and manipulation
  • Comfortable using APIs, SQL query writing, report development / BI tools (Crystal, SSRS, SSIS, Tableau)

Company, product, and market knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, with staff members, customers, suppliers, and the management team with the ability to make decisions, act and get results
  • Personal presence, integrity, and credibility
  • Ability to solve problems either independently or by utilising other members of the team where necessary

Languages

  • Fully proficient spoken and written English, additional European languages will be an asset
  • French would be beneficial
