DHI Communities is a multifamily development division of D.R. Horton, Inc.
DHI Communities is currently looking for a Centralized Services Agent-PM. The right candidate will be dedicated to creating a seamless support for our onsite team members. This position will help build upon leasing and system processes/procedures, addressing customer needs and supporting business priorities, including customer relations and our onsite team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain and manage list of inquiries from interested renters prior to community opening
- Respond to all interest list inquires, promoting the new community, understand home/floor plan features, apply that product knowledge by communicating to the customer the value and overall experience of living at a DHI Communities (DHIC) Build-To-Rent community
- Build relationships and create urgency with future residents
- Answer community calls when leasing office is closed and return missed calls as needed throughout the week
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions then take prompt action to solve problems and/or document requests as needed
- Enter and maintain all information and correspondence in the property management operating system
- Follow up with new residents 3-7 days after moving, reinforcing our commitment to consistent service which will continue throughout the resident life cycle
- Work closely with maintenance to assist with daily community follow up
- Correspond/assist with all new and unassigned and missed leads
- Support the customer experience by participating in programs and initiatives to improve engagement and guide community success
- Work with the property operations team and community leasing teams to build an environment of collaboration and create a seamless experience for our guests, residents, and teams
- Maintain internal metrics and produce performance reports
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Assist with daily resident correspondence utilizing our CRM and property management platforms
- Share marketing information as needed for communities via digital platform in a timely manner
- Assist in testing and reviewing current and new processes
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to travel overnight
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two (2) years related experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced, every growing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence others
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of property management software system, including OneSite, ILM, or Propertyware preferred
