Job Summary
The Nursing Quality Data Analyst will be responsible for acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of sensitive data to support performance measurement and improvement efforts. They must be able to work independently, and collaboratively, to locate and validate data, identify data requirements, and communicate data specifications to team members and leaders. They must be able to develop reporting/analytic solutions, but also be able to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for actions. The Nursing Quality Data Analyst will leverage software applications to design solutions and perform detailed data mapping and analysis. They will not only manage data and design new processes, but will be accountable for the timely and accurate production of routine internal and external monitoring reports and special projects.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.
Pay range: $32.63 -$48.14
