  • Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM functionalities and a proven track record of ensuring quality in CRM implementations and customizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide QA insights throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of CRM systems.
  • Identify and document defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Validate CRM configurations, customizations, and workflows to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Assist in the creation of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support UAT activities.
  • Continuously improve test processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Good to have:**
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Understanding of data migration and ETL processes in CRM environments.
  • Exposure to global CRM implementations and multi-language setups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities, including Sales, Service, Marketing modules, and custom entities.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM customization tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or related technologies are a plus.

Mandatory Skill Sets-

CRM functionalities, SQL, Selenium. Any Framework

Preferred Skill Sets-

Azure API Management, Azure DevOps.
