Assembler Technician –

???? Location: Williamson County

???? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

???? Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

???? Position Summary

Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Technician performs skilled and semi-skilled operations to manufacture components, subassemblies, and final assemblies using work orders, engineering drawings, and blueprints.

????️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision tasks such as torch brazing, micro welding, hand soldering, and fusing
• Use small hand tools and power tools for drilling, grinding, cutting, deburring, and cleaning
• Assemble and test parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, ohm meters, megohm testers, helium leak detectors, etc.)
• Work under microscope for intricate assembly or spot welding of miniature components
• Handle and apply various coatings, fluxes, lubricants, and sealants (with special handling as needed)
• Support prototype builds and repair of customer-returned units
• Operate semi-automated production and test equipment
• Follow all safety practices, quality standards, and cleanroom procedures
• Maintain accurate records and follow written procedures, drawings, and schematics

???? Desired Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to document work accurately
• Soldering and electronics training highly desirable
• Familiar with testing equipment, production gauges, and fabrication tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and sit or stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
