TOMRA was founded on an innovation in 1972 that began with the design, manufacturing and sale of reverse vending machines (RVMs) for automated collection of used beverage containers. Today TOMRA provides technology-led solutions that enable the circular economy with advanced collection and sorting systems that optimize resource recovery and minimize waste in the food, recycling and mining industries and is committed to building a more sustainable future.

TOMRA has ~100,000 installations in over 80 markets worldwide and had total revenues of ~1.1 billion NOK in 2021. The Group employs ~4,600 globally and is publicly listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE: TOM).

TOMRA group established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Xiamen, China in 2010, including 2 business divisions of collection and sorting. As the headquarters of Greater China, TOMRA carries out the export of core modules and spare parts of collection equipment import and sales of complete sets of sorting equipment.

In early 2015, the sorting division established a R&D center in Xiamen to carry out independent R&D, production and sales in the market segments of sorting equipment, focusing on the Chinese market and promoting to global customers.

职位描述

• Test the new functions of the equipment software/hardware/institution or the solutions for existing problems, write detailed test reports.
• 测试设备软件/硬件/机构等相关的新功能或已有问题修复方案，编写详细的测试报告。
• Communicate with different technical specialist with the result of tests. Suggest modifications, improvements to the system.
• 根据测试的结果与相关的技术小组沟通，提供改进建议。
• Collect the equipment development and change requirements from other departments, assist in promoting the design and development of equipment or design changes to meet the requirements of the target application
• 收集来自其他部门的设备研发和变动需求，协助推动设备的设计研发或变动,以满足目标应用的需求.
• Provides technical supports internally and externally.
• 为内部或外部提供技术支持。

职位要求

• Bachelor or above majored in technology or Engineering, Professions related to mechanics, electrical, electronics are preferred, prior experience in machine vision-related fields is preferred. other majors with certain technical-related work experience are also acceptable.
• 工科本科学士学位及以上,机械，电气，电子相关的专业优先，机器视觉相关从业经验优先，其他专业有一定的技术相关从事工作经验亦可。
• A broad technical knowledge (software, hardware, mechanics). Not in detail but more in knowing what the capabilities of the different technologies are.
• 有较广泛的技术知识，不必对技术细节很清楚 ，但对软件、硬件、机械等技术的原理及能实现功能有较好的了解。
• Strong Team spirit and good communication skill.
• 良好的沟通技巧与团队精神。
• Good spoken and written English, can be used as a working language. Able to participate in English meetings, chair or do presentation in English meetings in a certain extent.
• 良好的英语口语与书面写作能力，可以作为工作语言，可以参加英语会议，能够在一定程度上主持英文会议或在英文会议上做演示。
• Accept less frequently business trips.
• 接受较少频次的出差 。
