Job Description

As a ServiceNow Technical Program Delivery & Solutions Analysis Lead within the ServiceNow team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will serve as a liaison between product managers, business units, operations, and software development teams, converting business requirements into structured and technically viable solutions. You will oversee complex technology projects, manage resources and budgets, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver scalable value throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. Your position will also focus on strong leadership skills, coaching, and nurturing high-performance teams to reach their maximum potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
• Elicit and document business and data flow requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions.
• Project Leadership
• Lead complex technology projects and programs with far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and motivate cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Proactively address any issues or risks.
• Operational Management
• Oversee product releases with robust product and feature release capabilities.
• Ensure product deployments and releases are delivered with end-to-end regard for the end user experience and the product/product line’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Product Delivery
• Work across teams, functions, and disciplines to ensure continual progress.
• Ensure a product’s ability to deliver value at scale across all phases of the product lifecycle.
• People Leadership and Coaching:
• Demonstrate strong people leadership skills.
• Coach and develop high-performance teams to achieve their full potential.
