Summary: At SolarWinds, our Revenue Operations team is key to optimizing the operational engine of our go-to-market strategy. As the Sr. Manager of Strategic Channel Operations, you will be pivotal in scaling our indirect sales and partner-driven initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, performance, and alignment across our channel and partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Channel, Sales, and GTM leadership to define channel operating models, partner segmentation, and routes-to-market aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks for our channel organization.
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Build scalable processes to support partner success, including onboarding, enablement, incentive programs, and deal lifecycle workflows.
  • Translate channel data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis across systems, processes, and partner performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and enhance channel operations infrastructure.
  • Define territory, quota, and incentive targets in partnership with Channel leadership to support growth and capacity planning.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally in B2B software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in supporting and optimizing partner ecosystems and indirect sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of partner programs, channel incentives, and go-to-market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with SolarWinds’ markets or similar enterprise software/SaaS business models is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with tools such as SQL, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in defining and building operational and analytical capabilities to support partner teams.
