In Fortune Brands Innovation, Inc. the IT Systems Engineer will be responsible to provide equipment maintenance and installation services, along with comprehensive technical support and user assistance.

Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring proper use of systems, adherence to resource usage policies, and safeguarding the integrity of the company’s information.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on computer equipment.
  • Install new equipment under the coordination of the systems administrator.
  • Manage the creation, modification, and termination of user accounts.
  • Relocate computer equipment (area changes).
  • Install and configure software applications.
  • Assign HelpDesk tickets and monitor resolution.
  • Install and configure printers.
  • Perform network and telephone cabling and connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Knowledge of various operating system versions
  • Handling of fixed and mobile communication devices
  • Management of printing and copying equipment
  • Structured cabling expertise
  • Proficiency in commercial software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
