Your role: As a Senior Business Analyst in Digital, Data and IT Research, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of scientific research by driving the design, development, and training of innovative research applications. Your expertise in R&D data asset management will empower decision-making processes across all levels of the organization. You will lead and actively engage in global scientific IT projects, collaborating with a diverse team of colleagues, customers, and vendors. Your contributions will ensure that our R&D data management applications comply with GLP, GCP, and GRP regulations, alongside internal guidelines to protect intellectual property. In this dynamic setting, you will utilize your skills to make a significant impact on scientific research and innovation. Additionally, you will mentor team members and share best practices to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Who you are:

• You hold a graduate degree in Science or Computer Science; a PhD is a plus.
• You have extensive professional experience (minimum 8 years) in pharmaceutical or life science research.
• You possess proven experience in integrating internal and external pharmaceutical or biomedical data sources.
• You have a strong background in utilizing AI techniques for data analytics, language understanding, and generation.
• You are skilled in data mining and statistics.
• You have outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are experienced in project management, with a successful track record of leading global scientific IT projects.
• You possess good programming skills in languages such as PL/SQL, PHP, R, Perl, C#, Java, or Python, and understand system validation concepts and GxP regulations.
