HR Service Delivery Manager Germany (HR Operations) (m/f/d)
Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.
Position Overview:
As the HR Service Delivery Manager Germany (HR Operations) (m/f/d), you will lead a team, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive team culture in line with our values. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR administration across legal entities in Germany. The role is based in Munich and may may require travel within the local market as needed.
