We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Program Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple brownfield projects and panel-based scopes in Portland.
This is a senior leadership role accountable for end-to-end program performance — safety, cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder engagement — across a portfolio of multidiscipline industrial projects.
The Program Manager will work closely with project managers, engineering, construction, commercial and client teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with long-term site objectives.

This is pivotal onsite role, responsible for managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of brownfield and panel projects
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and reporting frameworks
- Provide leadership across project managers, construction supervisors, and functional teams
- Maintain governance processes, manage risk, and ensure compliance with site safety and quality standards
- Act as primary interface with the Client stakeholders on program status, priorities, and performance
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and standardisation across projects
- Support tender response strategies, estimating inputs, and execution readiness planning
- Ensure that all projects align with operational needs, stakeholder expectations, and contractual obligations

Ideally you will have:
- 10–15+ years’ experience delivering major industrial or infrastructure programs
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Certificate IV or higher in Project Management
- Proven experience managing brownfield and live plant project environments
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated ability to manage scope, risk, and cost at portfolio level
- Effective leadership skills with ability to engage, coach, and unify multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Deep understanding of construction, shutdown, and maintenance delivery in complex industrial settings
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded
