Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday

How many hours per week are required? 10 hours

Description of Primary Duties

The job of the operation’s assistant is to assist the Operations team in making sure that the facilities are ready for use by all who use them.

Job duties include:

  • Meeting space setup for training and other business related events.
  • Supporting maintaining the building for member and client use.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
