Job Description

Knowledge:

• PLC Knowledge, programming (able to read, interpretation, modify programs), HMI
  • Siemens, Allenbradley,
  • Opcon Classic
  • Opcon Plus
  • Siemens
  • Allen Bradley, Control X is a plus
• Robots knowledge, ABB (able to manipulate, teaching points, new tasks assignment)
  • Staubli
  • ABB
  • Kuka
  • Fanuc
• Interpretation of electrical design schematics for automation equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, Mechanics and Machinery (able to read diagrams, modify and create new solutions)
• Knowledge with Rexroth drives, hydraulic drives, servo drives, profibus communication
• Setup camaras and vision systems: Keyence, Cognex, Neurocheck,(able to setup, new parameters definition)
• Sensor's installation and set up
• Digi force, Kistler setup, (able for curves interpretation, communication)
• Knowledge in process (pressfit- force/distance control, welding (arc, resistance, ultrasonic, others), molding-injection, stamping, electric and hydraulics testing, winding, soldering, adhesives, painting, screwing, others

Qualifications

Essentials:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ work experience
• Willingness to travel (approx. 85% )
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• High proactive
• Basic English, high level is a plus
• Flexibility in travel (also abroad), working hours, remote working, short-term supplier visits
• Work under pressure
